If your prayer video didn't serve you — for any reason — open your order page and tap "Request refund."
We will initiate the full refund right away. The credit will appear on your card within your bank's usual timeframe — typically 5 to 10 business days. The process is automated and designed to be effortless for you.
The automated refund button is available for 14 days after purchase. After that window, use our contact form and we'll look at each request individually.
When a refund is processed:
If you'd like a different prayer after refunding, you're welcome to place a new order at any time.
Refunds are issued through Stripe and follow Stripe's processing timelines. We don't have visibility or control over how long your issuing bank takes to credit your card once we have initiated the return.
To protect the integrity of this digital art project, we reserve the right to decline refunds—even within the 14-day window—if an account exhibits a clear pattern of serial refund requests, policy abuse, or if the system detects the video was downloaded prior to a bad-faith claim. Late requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and we aim to respond within 48 hours during business days.
If you have any concern about your purchase, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will resolve issues directly, fairly, and quickly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact force us to incur heavy administrative penalties and will result in your email and IP being permanently restricted from placing future orders.
