Prayer Reel ("we," "us," "our") is a digital art project operated by Adventra Digital. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use https://theprayerreel.com (the "Service"), how we use it, with whom we share it, how we protect it, and the rights you have over it.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
This Policy is governed by Brazilian law and complies with the General Data Protection Law of Brazil (LGPD), the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the United Kingdom Data Protection Act, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).
Prayer Reel is operated by Adventra Digital, based in São Paulo, Brazil. For any privacy-related question, contact us at support@theprayerreel.com.
We do not have a Data Protection Officer. Privacy requests are handled directly by our support team, with response times described in Section 9.
We collect only the information necessary to deliver the Service.
Information you provide directly:
Information collected automatically:
Information processed by third parties on our behalf:
We do not use:
We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18 years of age. The Service is intended for adult users only. If we become aware that a minor has provided personal information, we will delete it.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes only:
(a) To deliver the prayer video you ordered, including text-to-speech generation, video composition, hosting, and email delivery.
(b) To send you transactional emails: order confirmation, video delivery notification, refund confirmation, and customer support replies.
(c) To respond to refund and order recovery requests.
(d) To prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized use, including rate limiting, profanity filtering, and detection of automated attacks.
(e) To comply with legal obligations under Brazilian law and to defend our legal rights when necessary.
(f) To improve the Service through aggregate, anonymized analysis of usage patterns. We do not analyze individual user behavior for personalized advertising or profiling.
(g) To measure advertising conversion via the Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel). When you visit any page of this Service, a standard Meta Pixel fires a PageView event. If you complete a purchase, a Purchase event is sent to Meta containing: the order total, currency, and an internal order ID. We do not send your name, email address, recipient name, or any other personally identifiable information to Meta through the Pixel. The Meta Pixel may set a cookie (_fbp) on your browser. You can opt out of Meta's use of this data for advertising purposes at https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads or via Meta's off-Facebook activity controls.
Adventra Digital does not train AI models using your information. We operate no AI training infrastructure of our own and we do not, and never will, sell or license your data to any AI provider for training purposes.
The third-party AI providers we rely on to deliver the Service (see Section 5) process your inputs to fulfill your specific order. Some of these providers reserve broader rights in their own terms of service — including the right to use submitted inputs and generated outputs to improve their underlying AI models.
We have selected providers whose practices we believe are compatible with the artistic and personal nature of this Service, and where opt-out settings are available at our subscription level, we may enable them. However, we cannot guarantee that all providers in our chain offer such opt-outs, nor that all data submitted will be excluded from being used in model improvement by those providers.
If you are concerned about how any specific AI provider may handle data submitted through the Service, we recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies and terms of service (linked in Section 5) before placing an order. By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.
We rely on the following third parties to operate the Service. Each of them processes a defined subset of your data under their own privacy policies. We have selected them for their security posture and compliance practices.
International transfers: most of our processors are located in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your data to these jurisdictions. Where required, transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Brazil are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
We never sell, rent, or lease your personal information to anyone. We do not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or marketing partners.
We do not share your data with religious institutions, denominations, churches, or any third party not listed in Section 5.
We may disclose your information only when required by:
We will resist overbroad or unlawful disclosure requests to the extent permitted by law and notify affected users when legally allowed to do so.
We retain your data only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy. Specifically:
After the retention periods above, the data is permanently deleted from our systems. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis and any residual personal data in backups is removed within 30 days of the deletion of the source record.
If you request deletion of your data before these periods expire (see Section 9), we will honor your request unless we are legally required to retain a specific record (for example, for fiscal auditing or to defend a legal claim, in which case the data is isolated and used only for that purpose).
You have the following rights regarding your personal information, regardless of where you live:
(a) Right of access: to know what data we hold about you.
(b) Right of correction: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
(c) Right of deletion: to request that we delete your data.
(d) Right of portability: to receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
(e) Right to object: to object to specific uses of your data.
(f) Right to withdraw consent: at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of past processing.
(g) Right to lodge a complaint with the appropriate authority:
If you live in California, you also have the following rights under the CCPA/CPRA:
To exercise any of these rights, write to support@theprayerreel.com from the email address associated with your order, including a description of your request. We will respond within 15 days from the date of receipt, with one possible extension of 15 additional days when justified by the complexity of the request, in which case we will inform you in writing.
We may ask for additional verification information if necessary to confirm your identity before processing the request, especially for deletion requests.
We protect your data using industry-standard practices:
No system is perfectly secure. While we take reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security against all threats. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for any email account associated with the Service.
In the event of a personal data breach affecting your information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within the timeframes required by applicable law (72 hours under GDPR, without undue delay under LGPD).
The Service is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18. If you believe a minor has used the Service or provided personal information, please contact us at support@theprayerreel.com and we will promptly delete the information.
If a recipient named in a prayer is a minor (for example, a child for whom a parent is purchasing a baptism prayer), the responsibility for having authorization to use the minor's name lies with the purchasing adult, as confirmed at checkout.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy will be revised accordingly.
If a change is material — meaning it affects how we collect, use, or share your data in a way that significantly differs from this version — we will notify users by email when feasible and through a notice on the homepage of theprayerreel.com.
Continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
